PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY
1. Provision of the Client’s personal information:
1.1. While submitting an application on the site stanmuz.com (hereinafter – «the Site») the Client provides the following information:
Surname, Name, Patronymic, e-mail address, contact phone number.
1.2. By providing personal information the Client agrees to its processing (until the Client withdraws his or her consent to perform processing of personal data) by the company stanmuz.com (hereinafter – «the Seller») and/or its partners in order to fulfil their obligations to the Client, to sale goods and to deliver services, to provide reference information and to promote goods, works and services and also agrees to receive promotional and service messages. The Seller processes the Client’s personal data according to Federal Law «On Personal Data», Federal Law «On Advertising» and local regulations.
1.2.1. If the Client wishes to specify, block or delete his or her personal data in case it is incomplete, obsolete, inaccurate, acquired illegally or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing or in case the Client wishes to withdraw his or her consent to process personal data or to eliminate wrong acts of stanmuz.com against his or her personal data, the Client should direct an official request to the Seller under the procedure specified by the Policy of stanmuz.com concerning personal data processing.
If the Client wishes to delete his or her account from the Site, the Client should contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a corresponding request. Such action doesn’t imply withdrawal of the Client’s consent to process his or her personal data, which is implemented according to paragraph 1 hereof under the current legislation.
1.3. Applying of information provided by the Client and collected by the Seller.
1.3.1. The Seller uses the data provided by the Client within the entire duration of the Client’s registration on the site for the following purposes:
- handling of the Client’s Orders and fulfilling obligations to him or her;
- performing promotion of goods and services;
- rating and analyzing the work of the Site;
- informing the Client about promotions, discounts and special offers via e-mail and SMS.
1.3.2. The Seller has the right to send the Client promotional messages. If the Client doesn’t want to receive promotional messages from the Seller, he or she should contact us via e-mail email@example.com with a corresponding request. From the moment of correction of such options the mailing can remain up to 3 days which is caused by characteristics of work and interaction between informational systems and also by the terms of agreements with counterparts which provide mailing of promotional messages in the interest of the Seller.
2. Providing and transferring of information collected by the Seller:
2.1. The seller undertakes not to forward the information collected from the Client to third parties. Provision of information by the Seller to agents and third parties which act on the basis and strictly within agreements with the Seller in order to fulfil obligations to the Client shall not be considered a breach. Transfer of information about the Client by the Seller to third parties in depersonalized form in order to rate and analyze the work of the site, to analyze the Client’s purchasing characteristics and to provide personal recommendations shall not be considered a breach of this paragraph.
2.2. Transfer of information in accordance with well-founded and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation shall not be considered a breach of obligations.
2.3. The Seller has the right to use the «cookies» technology. «Cookies» don’t contain confidential information and aren’t forwarded to third parties.
2.4. The Seller acquires information about an IP-address of a visitor of the stanmuz.com and data concerning the link which the visitor has used and the internet-site he or she has come from. This information isn’t used to identify the visitor.
2.5. The Seller isn’t responsible for the data provided publicly by the Client on the Site.
2.6. The Seller takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures in order to protect personal data from illegal access and also from other illegal actions related to personal data.
3. Storage and usage of information by the Client
3.1. The Client undertakes not to tell third parties the login and password which he or she uses to authorize on the site stanmuz.com.
3.2. The Client undertakes to exercise due diligence during storing and using of his or her login and password (including but not limited to: using of licensed anti-virus software, using of complicated alphanumeric combinations while creating password, not handing a computer or any similar device with entered login and password to third parties etc.).
3.3. In case the Seller has any suspicions about the usage of the account of the Client by a third party or malicious software the Seller has the right to change the Client’s password unilaterally.Return to cart
